MyACS Pro WooCommerce Documentation

MyACS Pro connects your WooCommerce store directly to ACS Courier, so you can create, print and track shipment vouchers without leaving your orders screen. It covers the full shipping workflow: voucher creation, printing (single or mass), delivery tracking, courier pickup lists, automatic customer emails and order status updates.

The plugin works on top of WooCommerce orders and requires an ACS Courier business account with API access.

1. In your WordPress admin go to Plugins › Add New, and upload the plugin ZIP file, or upload the woo-zo-myacs-pro folder to /wp-content/plugins/ on your server via FTP.
2. Activate MyACS Pro from the Plugins list.
3. Make sure WooCommerce is installed and active, then go to WooCommerce › MyACS Pro to configure your credentials and license key.

Before you go live: enter your ACS API credentials and activate your license key first, then review the Voucher Settings and CRON Settings sections below before creating your first voucher.

The Credentials panel on the settings page stores everything the plugin needs to talk to the ACS web service. All of these are provided by ACS Courier when you open a business account.

Contact your ACS account manager if you do not already have these details.

The Voucher Settings panel controls how vouchers are created and printed, and what happens automatically afterward.

• Show order tools: shows the MyACS Pro box on the WooCommerce order screen. You can restrict it to specific shipping methods below.
• Print Template: choose between a Thermal label or an A4 sheet layout for printed vouchers.
• Add order ID to comment: automatically prefixes the voucher comment with the WooCommerce order ID, useful for matching packages back to orders.
• Send email when voucher is printed: sends the in-transit email to the customer immediately once a voucher is created.
• Order status for transit email: alternatively, send the in-transit email only when the order reaches a specific status you choose.
• Order status after voucher creation: automatically move the order to a chosen status right after the voucher is created.
• Shipping methods that should display the order tools: limit the MyACS Pro box to specific WooCommerce shipping methods. Leave empty to show it on every order.

Every WooCommerce order (matching your selected shipping methods) shows a MyACS Pro box in the sidebar, with the order's reference and live tracking status at the top, followed by these fields:

• COD: mark the shipment as cash on delivery
• Parcels: number of parcels in the shipment
• Weight: shipment weight
• Saturday Delivery, Reception Delivery and Return Voucher: optional ACS delivery options
• Comment: a free-text note printed on the voucher

Use Create & Print Voucher to generate the ACS voucher and open the printable PDF, Track Voucher to check its current delivery status, and Cancel Voucher to cancel it with ACS. The reference number links directly to the public ACS tracking page.

From the WooCommerce orders list, select multiple orders and choose one of the MyACS Pro bulk actions:

• MyACS Pro - Mass Print Vouchers: creates a voucher for any selected order that does not already have one, prints all of them, and merges the results into a single downloadable PDF (in batches, sized to fit your chosen print template)
• MyACS Pro - Cancel Selected Vouchers: cancels the ACS voucher for every selected order that has one

A summary notice shows how many orders were processed successfully and how many failed after each bulk action.

At the end of the day, use the MyACS - Close the Day button (available on the orders list and under WooCommerce › MyACS Lists) to request the official ACS pickup list for everything shipped that day. The generated PDF opens automatically and is also saved to the MyACS Lists page, where you can download or reprint any past pickup list at any time.

MyACS Pro can keep both you and your customers informed automatically, using the rules you set in Voucher Settings and CRON Settings:

The CRON Settings panel lets the plugin re-check ACS tracking status for every order with an existing voucher, on a schedule, without you opening each order manually.

• Order statuses to track: only orders in these statuses are checked. Leave empty to check every status.
• Shipping methods to track: only orders using these shipping methods are checked. Leave empty to check all of them.
• Late after (days) and Order status for late orders: if a shipment is still not delivered after this many days, the order is moved to the late status you choose.
• Order status for delivered orders: applied automatically once ACS confirms delivery.
• Tokenized Endpoint: the unique, signed URL shown on the settings page. Add it to a real server CRON job (recommended) so tracking runs reliably even on low-traffic sites; WP-Cron can remain as a fallback.

The PDF Settings panel shows how many voucher PDFs are currently stored on your server, with a Clear Generated PDFs button to remove them all immediately if needed.

Set Delete PDFs After (days) to have older voucher PDFs cleaned up automatically, keeping your uploads folder tidy without any manual work.

The WooCommerce orders list gains two extra columns: Carrier, showing the shipping method used, and Reference, showing the ACS voucher number linked directly to its public tracking page. A quick filter above the list lets you narrow the current page down to a single carrier.

MyACS Pro delivers updates directly and securely from 01generator, without listing on the public WordPress plugin directory. Enter your License Key on the settings page and click Activate License to register it to your site's domain.

Once active, the plugin checks your license periodically, with a grace period if the check cannot reach the server temporarily, so a brief network outage never disables your store's shipping tools. Use Check License to verify your status and support period on demand, or Deactivate License to free up the activation before moving it to another domain.

MyACS Pro ships with English and Greek translations out of the box, using WordPress's standard translation files. To adjust any wording, edit the .po file for your language under the plugin's languages folder with a translation tool such as Poedit, or use a translation plugin like Loco Translate from your WordPress admin.
