MyCourierCenter Pro WooCommerce Documentation
User Guide
MyCourierCenter Pro connects WooCommerce with the Courier Center REST API. It lets store administrators create, print, cancel, and track shipments from WooCommerce, process multiple orders, automate tracking, update order statuses, and notify customers.
Requirements
- WordPress 6.5 or newer.
- WooCommerce installed and active.
- PHP 7.4 or newer.
- Courier Center API username, password, API key, and Carrier Billing Account.
- A valid MyCourierCenter Pro license for the website domain.
Ask Courier Center to enable REST API access before configuring the plugin.
Installation
- Open WordPress Admin > Plugins > Add New Plugin.
- Select Upload Plugin.
- Upload the MyCourierCenter Pro ZIP package.
- Select Install Now, then Activate Plugin.
- If MyCourierCenter Lite is active, Pro deactivates it automatically and keeps the shared settings.
- Open WooCommerce > MyCourierCenter Pro.
License Activation
- Open the License and Updates panel.
- Enter the license key supplied with your purchase.
- Select Activate License.
- Confirm that the status is Active for this domain.
The license does not expire, but update access depends on the support period. Use Check License after changing the registered domain or renewing support.
Courier Center Credentials
Complete all fields in the Credentials panel:
- API Username: Courier Center API user alias.
- API Password: Courier Center credential value.
- API Key: API key assigned to the account.
- Billing Account: Carrier Billing Account used for the requestor and shipper.
Select Save Settings before creating a voucher. If Courier Center rejects a request, the plugin displays the carrier response without exposing stored credentials.
Voucher Settings
Show Order Tools
Enable this option to display the MyCourierCenter panel inside WooCommerce orders. When shipping methods are selected below, the panel appears only on matching orders. Leave the shipping-method selection empty to display it on every order.
Hold Ctrl while clicking to select more than one option on Windows or Linux. On macOS, hold Command.
Voucher Print Template
Choose the output supplied to the Courier Center Voucher API:
- A4 PDF: up to three vouchers per page.
- Preprinted A4: three vouchers per page.
- PDF 100 x 205 mm.
- Preprinted 100 x 205 mm.
- PDF 100 x 150 mm.
- Preprinted 100 x 150 mm.
- PDF 100 x 170 mm.
- Preprinted 100 x 170 mm.
Use a PDF template for plain paper and a preprinted template only with the corresponding Courier Center stationery.
Order and Email Automation
- Add order ID to comment: prefixes the shipment comment with the WooCommerce order ID.
- Send email when voucher is printed: sends the WooCommerce-styled in-transit email after the first voucher creation.
- Order status for transit email: sends the in-transit email when an order enters the selected status.
- Order status after voucher creation: changes the order status after its first voucher is created.
Reprinting an existing voucher does not repeat first-creation automation.
Creating a Voucher from an Order
- Open WooCommerce > Orders and edit an order.
- Find the MyCourierCenter Pro panel.
- Review the shipment options:
- COD: enable for cash-on-delivery shipments.
- Parcels: total package count.
- Weight: total shipment weight in kilograms.
- Comment: optional shipment instructions.
- Select Create & Print Voucher.
- Wait for the loading indicator and confirmation message.
- Open or download the generated PDF.
For WooCommerce's standard COD payment method, COD is detected automatically. Confirm the option manually when a custom COD gateway is used.
The plugin stores the master shipment number, parcel tracking numbers, and WooCommerce tracking metadata. Clicking a reference opens public Courier Center tracking.
Reprinting, Tracking, and Cancellation
- Reprint Voucher: prints the existing reference without creating another shipment.
- Track Voucher: requests and stores the latest Courier Center tracking event.
- Cancel Voucher: asks for confirmation, voids the shipment through Courier Center, and clears references and tracking information after success.
- Send Email: manually sends the customer tracking email when a voucher exists.
Bulk Printing
- Open the WooCommerce orders list.
- Select the required orders.
- Choose MyCourierCenter Pro - Mass Print Vouchers from Bulk actions.
- Select Apply.
- Follow the progress modal and processed-order counter.
- Review any failed order IDs and carrier messages.
- Select the final PDF download button.
The plugin creates missing shipments and reprints existing references. Courier Center accepts up to 60 master shipment numbers per voucher request. Larger selections are divided into API batches and combined into one final PDF.
Bulk Cancellation
- Select orders containing Courier Center vouchers.
- Choose MyCourierCenter Pro - Cancel Vouchers.
- Select Apply.
- Confirm the warning dialog.
Successful cancellations clear the shipment references and stored tracking information. Failed orders remain unchanged and are reported to the administrator.
Orders List Tools
The Pro version adds a Courier Center reference column and shipping information to the WooCommerce orders list. References link to public tracking. Use the shipping-method filter to narrow the list before performing bulk actions.
Automated Tracking and CRON
Configure the CRON Settings panel before enabling scheduled processing:
- Order statuses to track: restricts eligible orders. Leave empty to allow all statuses.
- Shipping methods to track: restricts tracking to selected methods. Leave empty to allow all methods.
- Late after: number of days before an undelivered shipment is considered late.
- Order status for late orders: status assigned after the late threshold.
- Order status for delivered orders: status assigned when Courier Center confirms delivery.
- Thank-you email after delivery: sends a WooCommerce-styled email when delivery is first confirmed.
Real Server CRON
Copy the tokenized endpoint displayed by the plugin and configure the hosting control panel to request it periodically. A schedule of every 15 to 30 minutes is normally sufficient. Keep the full tokenized URL private.
WP-Cron Fallback
The plugin also registers a WP-Cron event. WP-Cron depends on website traffic and may run late, so a real server CRON is recommended for reliable tracking.
PDF Storage
Generated PDFs are stored in a protected plugin directory under WordPress uploads and served using signed download links.
- Use Clear Generated PDFs to delete stored MyCourierCenter PDFs manually.
- Configure Delete PDFs After to define automatic retention.
- Automatic cleanup runs through the scheduled task.
Deleting local PDFs does not cancel Courier Center shipments or remove voucher references.
Customer Emails
MyCourierCenter Pro registers WooCommerce email classes for:
- Shipment in transit, including the voucher reference and tracking link.
- Delivery thank-you notification.
The emails use WooCommerce email styling and follow the order/customer language where available. They can be managed from WooCommerce > Settings > Emails.
Private Updates
When support is active, WordPress displays available MyCourierCenter Pro updates normally. You can also select Check for updates below the plugin name on the Installed Plugins page.
The license remains valid after support ends, but newer versions cannot be downloaded until support is renewed.
Troubleshooting
Credentials Are Not Configured
Confirm that username, password, API key, and Billing Account are completed and save the settings again.
Courier Center Rejects the Shipment
Check the recipient name, address, city, postcode, telephone, package count, weight, COD amount, and account permissions. The message displayed by the plugin comes from the Courier Center API when available.
PDF Does Not Open
Use the download button shown after the request. If the browser blocks a new tab, allow pop-ups for the administration domain or open the provided download link manually.
Order Tools Are Missing
Enable Show order tools and confirm that the order shipping method matches the selected methods. Leave the selection empty to allow every method.
CRON Does Not Process an Order
Confirm that the order has a voucher and matches both the configured order-status and shipping-method filters. Verify the tokenized endpoint and review the WordPress debug log.
External Service and Privacy
The plugin sends data to the Courier Center REST API only for requested shipment operations. Depending on the action, this includes the configured credentials and billing account, recipient contact and address information, order/shipment details, COD amount, comments, and voucher references.
