MyTaxydema Pro WooCommerce Documentation

• WordPress 6.5 or newer with WooCommerce active.
• PHP 7.4 or newer. The PHP SOAP extension is not required.
• A Taxydema Deliverd API v5.01 account code, user alias, credential value, and API key.
• Enrollment in the Taxydema/Skroutz service required by Taxydema for this API.
• A MyTaxydema Pro license activated for the website domain.

1. Go to Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.
2. Install and activate the MyTaxydema Pro ZIP package.
3. If Lite is active, Pro deactivates it and imports compatible settings and shipment data.
4. Open WooCommerce > MyTaxydema Pro.
5. Enter the 01generator license key and select Activate License.

The license is assigned to one domain. The plugin continues to operate after support expires, but active support is required to download updates.

Enter the credentials supplied by Taxydema:

• API Base URL: use https://taxydema-prod.qualco.eu/txdservice/api. If /api is omitted, the plugin adds it automatically.
• Account Code: the customer account code assigned by Taxydema.
• User Alias: the RequestContext user alias.
• Credential Value: the RequestContext credential value.
• API Key: the mandatory RequestContext API key.

Every carrier request uses encrypted HTTPS and includes RequestContext authentication. SSL certificate verification remains enabled.

• Show order tools: displays the shipment panel in matching orders.
• Voucher Template: selects the carrier print layout.
• Add order ID to comment: prefixes the shipment comment with the WooCommerce order number.
• Send email when voucher is printed: sends the in-transit email after the first successful creation.
• Order status for transit email: sends the in-transit email when an order reaches the selected status.
• Order status after voucher creation: changes the order status after its first successful voucher creation.
• Shipping methods for order tools: limits the panel to orders using selected shipping methods. Leave empty to allow all methods.

Available templates:

• A4 PDF: three vouchers per page (pdf).
• Preprinted A4: three vouchers per page (clean).
• Single PDF 205x100 mm: one voucher (singlepdf).
• Single preprinted 205x100 mm: one voucher (singleclean).
• Single PDF 100x150 mm: one voucher (singlepdf_100x150).
• Single PDF 100x170 mm: one voucher (singlepdf_100x170).

Hold Ctrl while clicking to select multiple values in a multiple-selection field.

1. Open a WooCommerce order and locate the MyTaxydema Pro panel.
2. Review COD, parcels, total weight, and the shipment comment.
3. Select Create & Print Voucher.
4. Wait for the success message, then open or download the generated PDF.

The plugin sends the order through the v5.01 /Shipment endpoint and prints it through /Voucher. The master shipment number and item tracking numbers are stored with the order. Reprinting an existing reference does not create another shipment.

Select Track Voucher to retrieve and save the latest carrier checkpoint through /Tracking.

Select Cancel Voucher, review the reference, and confirm. After /Shipment/Void succeeds, the plugin clears the master reference, item references, tracking status, and tracking history. A new shipment can then be created for the order.

From WooCommerce > Orders, select orders and choose:

• MyTaxydema Pro - Mass Print Vouchers: creates missing shipments, prints existing shipments, processes up to 60 master references in each Taxydema voucher request, and provides one final PDF download.
• MyTaxydema Pro - Cancel Vouchers: cancels selected saved references after confirmation and reports successes and failures.

The order list also includes a shipping-method filter, carrier column, and Reference Taxydema column. Both classic order storage and HPOS are supported.

Configure the order statuses and shipping methods eligible for tracking, the late-delivery threshold, and optional statuses for late and delivered orders. Use the signed server CRON URL for reliable execution; WP-Cron remains available as a fallback.

The plugin registers WooCommerce-styled In Transit and Delivery Thank You emails. Their subjects and content can be managed from WooCommerce > Settings > Emails and translated through the plugin language files.

Generated PDFs are stored in a protected WordPress uploads directory and downloaded through tokenized URLs. Use Clear Generated PDFs for immediate cleanup or configure automatic deletion after a number of days.

With a valid domain license and active support, private updates appear in the normal WordPress plugin and update screens. Use Check for updates from the Installed Plugins page to refresh metadata manually.

• If credentials fail, verify all five API settings and confirm that Taxydema enabled the account for the Deliverd v5.01/Skroutz service.
• If the order panel is hidden, verify Show order tools, the order's shipping method, and the Pro license.
• If creation fails, verify recipient name, address, city, postcode, telephone, parcel count, and weight, then review the exact Taxydema error.
• If a bulk operation reports failed orders, open each reported order and run the action individually for a more specific carrier response.
• If CRON does not run, verify the selected filters, signed URL, and hosting CRON logs.
