Skroutz XML Feed and Marketplace for WooCommerce Documentation

Version 1.0.0 Last updated 27/08/2026
View product: Skroutz XML Feed & Marketplace Integration for WooCommerce

License activation

Open WooCommerce > Skroutz Integration, enter the license key, and select Activate License. Feed generation, Analytics, Smart Cart webhooks, order import, and Orders API tools remain unavailable until the key is registered to this domain. The license itself does not expire; after support ends, the installed version continues to work but authenticated updates are unavailable.

Initial setup

  1. Activate the plugin and open WooCommerce > Skroutz Integration.
  2. Open Products > Skroutz XML Feeds and create or review the migrated default feed.
  3. Configure the product Unique ID source and mark the feed used by Skroutz Marketplace. Do not change this identity after submitting the feed unless Skroutz also updates the identifiers.
  4. Enable scheduled generation if required, then click Generate. The modal processes products in AJAX batches and displays progress. Use the category and brand lists to restrict each feed. Leave either list empty to include all matching products. Configure tax, stock, variations, description, weight units, and an optional percentage price increase before submitting its URL.
  5. Submit the displayed XML or XML.GZ URL to Skroutz. Create additional feeds for redirect campaigns or other merchants when needed.
  6. If Analytics is required, enable it and enter the account ID supplied by Skroutz.
  7. Enter the Smart Cart Orders API token.
  8. Choose either Create WooCommerce orders or Synchronize stock only.
  9. Copy the displayed webhook URL to the Skroutz merchant panel.

Smart Cart orders

New webhook events are idempotent. Repeated delivery of the same Skroutz order code does not create another WooCommerce order or reduce stock twice.

In manual mode, open the imported WooCommerce order and use the Skroutz Marketplace panel. Acceptance requires a pickup location, pickup window and parcel count. Eligible Skroutz Last Mile orders can be marked ready or not ready. FBM orders can receive courier and tracking details.

The same panel can upload one PDF, PNG, or JPG receipt/invoice of up to 7 MB. Uploading another file replaces the document already stored by Skroutz.

Important notes

  • Order creation and stock-only mode cannot be enabled together.
  • Valid webhook events return HTTP 200 even when a product cannot be matched, preventing unnecessary Skroutz retries. Review such errors under WooCommerce > Skroutz Orders.
  • COD or payment fees must not be included in Analytics revenue. Enter their exact WooCommerce fee names in the exclusion setting.
  • Analytics product IDs and names are generated from the same feed identity and color grouping used in the XML.
  • Test the complete Smart Cart flow with Skroutz demo orders before enabling production order creation.
