What this module does for you

The Skroutz module brings three separate Skroutz workflows into one PrestaShop integration: catalogue XML feeds, Skroutz Analytics and Marketplace/Smart Cart order handling. Use only the areas you need or combine them to reduce manual work between your store and Skroutz.

  • Generate Skroutz-compatible XML product feeds from your PrestaShop catalogue.
  • Split product entries by supported color/size combinations when your catalogue requires variant-level feed data.
  • Create multiple feeds filtered by categories or manufacturers/brands.
  • Regenerate feeds manually or schedule them through CRON.
  • Send supported sales/conversion information through Skroutz Analytics.
  • Receive Skroutz Marketplace/Smart Cart orders through the module webhook workflow.
  • Accept or reject marketplace orders from the PrestaShop integration.
  • Send shipment tracking information back to Skroutz and synchronize supported shipped/delivered statuses.
  • Use the optional stock-only order mode when that workflow matches your catalogue operation.

How it works

  1. Connect the Skroutz services you use: XML feed, Analytics and/or Marketplace orders.
  2. Configure catalogue filters, combination behavior and feed-generation settings.
  3. Publish the feed URL to Skroutz and schedule CRON regeneration if required.
  4. For Marketplace orders, configure the Skroutz Orders API/webhook credentials.
  5. Process marketplace orders in PrestaShop and send supported tracking/status updates back to Skroutz.

Who this module is for

Greek PrestaShop merchants selling through Skroutz who want product-feed generation, analytics and marketplace-order operations connected to their store instead of maintained as separate manual processes.

What your customers will like

Customers shopping through Skroutz receive accurate product availability and, for Marketplace orders, benefit from tracking/status updates connected to the merchant fulfilment workflow.

Installation

Installation follows the standard PrestaShop extension workflow. After activation, open the product settings and complete the configuration required for your store.

Before purchasing, make sure you have:

  • An active PrestaShop store.
  • An active Skroutz merchant account for the services you plan to use.
  • The Skroutz Orders API token/credentials when enabling Marketplace/Smart Cart order integration.
  • CRON access if you want scheduled XML regeneration or other scheduled workflows.
  • Correct mapping/configuration of your catalogue data before submitting feeds to Skroutz.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to use all three parts of the module?

No. XML feeds, Analytics and Marketplace orders are separate areas; configure the services your store actually uses.

Can I generate more than one XML feed?

Yes. The module supports multiple feeds with category/manufacturer filtering.

Does it support product combinations?

Yes. Feed generation can split supported combinations such as color/size when your catalogue requires variant-level entries.

Can Skroutz Marketplace orders enter PrestaShop automatically?

Yes. The Marketplace workflow uses the configured webhook/API integration to receive orders into the module flow.

Can tracking be sent back to Skroutz?

Yes. The Marketplace integration includes supported tracking and shipped/delivered status synchronization.
