What this plugin does for you

MyEasy Pro connects WooCommerce with the Easy Mail Shipping service so you can create, print, manage and track courier vouchers without moving order information between separate systems. Everyday shipping tasks stay connected to the WooCommerce orders you already work with.

• Track shipments automatically through a token-protected server CRON, with hourly WP-Cron available as a fallback.
• Automatically move delivered or late shipments to the WooCommerce order statuses you configure.
• Send WooCommerce-styled in-transit emails containing the voucher number and tracking link.
• Optionally send a delivery thank-you email once Easy Mail confirms that the shipment has been delivered.
• Automatically clean generated voucher PDFs after the retention period you choose.

How it works

1. Connect MyEasy Pro using the Easy Mail web-service username and password provided for your Production or Development environment.
2. Configure your preferred voucher format, shipment defaults, email triggers and WooCommerce order-status automation.
3. Open a WooCommerce order, review the shipment details and create the Easy Mail voucher using the customer and order information already stored in WooCommerce.
4. Print, reprint, track, email or cancel the voucher directly from the order, or use the WooCommerce orders list for mass printing and bulk cancellation.
5. Optionally configure the token-protected CRON endpoint so MyEasy Pro can track shipments and update delivered or late orders automatically.

When automatic tracking is enabled, WooCommerce order statuses can also stay aligned with delivery progress, and an optional thank-you email can be sent once delivery is confirmed.

Installation

Installation follows the standard WordPress plugin workflow. Upload and activate the MyEasy Pro ZIP package, then open WooCommerce > MyEasy Pro to activate your license and configure the Easy Mail connection.

Before purchasing, make sure you have:

• WordPress 6.5 or newer.
• WooCommerce installed and active.
• PHP 7.4 or newer with the SOAP extension enabled.
• An Easy Mail business account with web-service username and password.
• The correct Easy Mail credentials for the Production or Development environment you want to use.
• A valid MyEasy Pro license for your website domain.
• Server CRON access if you want the recommended automatic tracking setup. An hourly WP-Cron fallback is also available.
