What this module does for you

FastOrders is built for merchants who receive orders by phone, social media or in a physical store and need to enter them into PrestaShop quickly. It combines customer, address, cart and order creation in one Back Office workflow and allows customer creation without a mandatory email address.

Create the customer, address, cart and order from a single Back Office form.
Process telephone, message and in-store orders without moving through multiple administration screens.
Create a customer record even when no email address is available.
Keep manually received orders inside the normal PrestaShop order history and fulfilment workflow.
Prevent PrestaShop from trying to send email to customers created without an email address through the module workflow.

How it works

Open the FastOrders page in the PrestaShop Back Office.
Enter the customer and address information available to you.
Add the requested products and build the cart.
Create the order from the same form.
Continue fulfilment from the normal PrestaShop order workflow.

Who this module is for

PrestaShop merchants, call centres and physical stores that regularly receive orders outside the online checkout and need a faster way to register them in PrestaShop.

The module is primarily a Back Office productivity tool. Customers benefit indirectly because phone and in-store orders can be entered and sent to fulfilment while the conversation is still taking place.

Installation

Installation follows the standard PrestaShop extension workflow. After activation, open the product settings and complete the configuration required for your store.

Before purchasing, make sure you have:

An active PrestaShop store.
A workflow where staff are allowed to create customer and order records from the Back Office.
A backup/test before deployment if your store already customizes the PrestaShop Mail class, because this module uses a Mail override.
